Data Deletion Instructions

If you signed in to Live My Aura using Facebook or another method, you may request account and data deletion at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Email architect@livemyaura.com from the email associated with your account.
2. Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request".
3. Include identifying details needed to find your account (such as your sign-in email and any relevant profile name).

What we delete

After successful verification, we delete or anonymize:

• Account profile and authentication linkage.
• Saved reports and user-provided profile data.
• Associated app-level personal data in our primary systems.

Timeline

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. Some limited records may be retained when required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.
